Breakfast

Start your day with the juice extractor. You need carrots, apples, celery, cucumbers, lemon, and a tiny piece of ginger root. You can also add grapefruit, cilantro and garlic. Use any combination of vegetables exploring different variations. Use organic produce whenever possible.

 

Lunch

Green salad with fresh spinach, avocado, onions, tomatoes, peppers, celery and more greens of many kinds (arugula, kale, romaine). Dressing: lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, (Pink Himalayan or Sea) salt and pepper.

 

Afternoon Snack

Fresh fruit salad including many seasonal fruits

 

Alternative Snack

Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Bread with avocado, alfalfa sprouts, tomatoes in a sandwich

 

Dinner

Vegetable soup with organic broth and butternut squash, onions, sweet potatoes, cabbage and many other vegetables of your choice like broccoli, etc.

 

 

Important

Green super foods powder in the blender with spring water and any fresh fruit – 2 times daily. (While at work: just mix the green super foods powder with spring water and juice in a mixer cup)
